Description:
The Director of Engineering will lead the development and optimization of the company’s CMS, manage GraphQL interfaces, and work closely with DevOps to optimize CDN performance for the web. This role also includes overseeing backend development, with a focus on C#-based systems, ensuring efficient and scalable service architecture. The Director will drive technical strategy for front-end (Core UI) buildout and ensure both front-end and back-end systems are optimized for speed, performance, and integration. Responsibilities include managing engineering resources, aligning technical work with business goals, and fostering collaboration across teams.
