Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary engineering and technical service organizations.
• Strong customer-facing experience in Application Engineering, Field Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related functions.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales and Operations to drive growth and profitability.
• Experience managing budgets, organizational performance, and strategic investments.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Strong leadership presence with a track record of building and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the strategy for a broad Engineering & Solutions organization.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across Application Engineering, Technical Services, Technical Training, and Custom Solutions Production.
• Partner with Sales leadership to support strategic accounts, engineered solutions, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence through scalable processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers facing complex engineering and process challenges.
• Develop organizational capability through leadership development, succession planning, and talent growth.
• Champion innovation while balancing standardization, quality, customer requirements, and business objectives.
