• Spot Rust anti-patterns in code reviews before they spread.
• Ship MySQL fixes to Paramount customers in Miami, FL the same day they report.
• Decide when to buy MySQL versus build it for Paramount's Miami stack.
• Architect fault-tolerant distributed systems leveraging Agile and RabbitMQ.
• Keep MySQL schemas backward-compatible to avoid breaking upgrades.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and tasks.
