Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of software development management experience.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams and managers.
• BS Engineering/Computer Science; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or cloud-based products.
• Experience with legal tech or compliance domains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple internal and external engineering teams supporting CounselLink.
• Set technical direction and ensure standards are followed.
• Partner with Product Management, Architecture, UX, QA, Security, DevOps to deliver roadmap.
• Guide modernization across AWS, Java services, Solr, LLM-enabled workflows.
• Use metrics to identify risks, improve execution, and support decisions.
• Mentor and develop engineering managers and staff.
