Job summary

RELX, Inc. d/b/a LexisNexis USA is seeking a Software Engineer III in Raleigh, NC to lead the design of software products and drive Microservices FrontEnd patterns for rich web experiences and APIs.

You will develop features in the MFE, implement unit and integration tests, work with AWS Cloud resources, CI/CD pipelines and Serverless technologies, and mentor engineers while coordinating sprint ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupations.
• Experience in client side development using Angular, HTML, CSS, LESS, JavaScript and TypeScript to build, refactor, and test UI features, and API integration.
• Design, implement, and refactor UX/UI based on Figma specs to replicate user experiences.
• Using .NET Core and C# to build, refactor, and test APIs and server-side code.
• Maintaining and creating build pipelines using YAML.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban, including sprint planning and daily scrums.
• Ability to present technical demos and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of software products and introduce new MFE patterns for rich web experiences and APIs.
• Develop and implement new features in MFE, include unit and integration testing and user story delivery.
• Develop AWS-based apps using Cloud resources, CI/CD pipelines, and Serverless technologies.
• Migrate OnPrem projects to AWS and lead design reviews and code reviews.
• Lead sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and sprint reviews.
