Zipliens, a leading lien resolution company, seeks a Director of Engineering to own and scale our growing team in Franklin, Tennessee. You will manage performance, development, processes, and delivery while remaining hands-on to review technical output and influence direction.

You will drive processes, guardrails, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Data Analytics, pursuing AI tooling pilots and mentoring staff to ship high-quality software in a fast-paced SaaS environment;

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript/React; backend and frontend exposure.

Responsibilities
