Job summary

Teklysium Inc. seeks a Director of Engineering & Facilities to lead engineering, facilities, capital projects, automation, and infrastructure across multiple manufacturing locations.

The role focuses on building high-performing teams, delivering capital projects, and advancing process reliability. The candidate will oversee electrical, mechanical, PLC, and industrial systems, drive safety compliance, and manage emergency response and business continuity across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of Engineering/Facilities leadership experience.
• Strong people management and technical leadership skills.
• Experience with industrial equipment, electrical/mechanical systems, and automation.
• Experience managing capital projects, budgets, and resources.
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire safety, environmental, and hazardous materials regulations.
