Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization:

• Develop, implement, and maintain process control strategies to ensure operational efficiency across client systems.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to reduce costs, enhance performance, and ensure safety compliance.

Systems Management:

• Design and integrate control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and DCS, for seamless operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues in real time to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Lead process control projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative technologies into existing systems.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company protocols.
• Prepare detailed reports on process performance, system reliability, and project outcomes for stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process control engineering, preferably in a client-facing or site-based role.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong knowledge of process control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and DCS.
• Familiarity with simulation tools, data analysis software, and system integration.

Skills and Competencies:

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
