Job summary

Four Seasons Boston is seeking a Leadership Role for Engineering Operations to support creating, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring Engineering programs. The role focuses on building safety, security and asset protection while guiding the Engineering Team, contractors and vendors to deliver premium guest experiences.

The Role

This position is a Leadership Role for Engineering Operations to support creating, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring Engineering programs.

The overall responsibility of our Engineering leaders are to provide a high level of property maintenance, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention toward safety, security and asset protection and is responsible to plan, organize, direct and control the work of the Engineering Team Members in the Engineering Division, Contractor and Vendors. Activities include providing the technical services, building maintenance systems, and overall administration of operations to provide an exceptional Guest Experience at the highest standard of quality

Rate: $ 159,750 to 196,636
