Job summary

Endicott College in Beverly, MA seeks a Director of Employer Relations to lead corporate recruiting for internships, co-ops, and full-time roles. The role builds employer partnerships locally and internationally and reports to the Dean of the Internship & Career Center.

You will supervise a Graduate Assistant, coordinate on-campus recruiting events, and develop strategies to expand the program with global employers while aligning with campus goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; external-facing role preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in an externally focused position.
• Experience in corporate recruiting/human resources or employer-relations in career services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and grows employer relationships locally, nationally, and internationally to increase opportunities for students.
• Promotes the College to secure job openings and coordinates on-campus recruiting events and class presentations.
• Develops policy and processes for employer relations and assesses program effectiveness.
