Job summary

The role focuses on expanding relationships with corporate partners and aligning industry partnerships with the college’s research, education, and talent goals.

You will work with faculty, alumni affairs, and university partners to create inclusive engagement models, manage proposals, and track outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in business development or corporate outreach.
• Strong group facilitation, organization, and project management skills.
• Experience developing corporate/university partnerships is highly desirable.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills to write proposals that drive action.
• Team-oriented, self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support and expand relationships with corporate partners and align partnerships with research, education and talent goals.
• Coordinate meetings between faculty and external corporate contacts.
• Research corporate trends and opportunities aligned with faculty strengths.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare background materials and presentations for partner meetings.
• Support cross-functional partnerships across research, innovation and career functions.
• Collaborate with units including Alumni Affairs and Development, Vice Provost for Research and others to enable engagement.
• Help manage events, campus visits and communications showcasing engagement opportunities.
