Job summary

Southcentral Foundation in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Manager of Employee Wellness to lead innovative wellness and recognition programs, ensuring employees feel supported and valued. You will shape program strategy, manage budgets, and oversee coordinators to deliver impactful experiences.

As a leader in the HR team, you will align programs with SCF’s mission, measure outcomes, and report on results, while fostering a healthy, engaged workforce across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Org Development, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, employee experience, wellness or related field.
• 1 year of experience leading projects, programs, committees, teams, or employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy, budget, and performance of SCF's wellness and recognition programs.
• Direct oversight of the Employee Wellness Coordinator and Employee Recognition Coordinator.
• Set program direction based on organizational needs and manage vendor and committee relationships at the strategic level.
• Resolve escalated issues and report outcomes of the programs.
• Ensure wellness and recognition functions are an integral part of the employee experience.
