Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of HR leadership experience.
• Experience in employee relations, organizational development, or talent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead employee engagement, culture initiatives, and leadership development.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, investigations, and workplace concerns.
• Monitor climate surveys and workforce analytics to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and institutional policies.
