Qualifications

• CA RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the delivery of patient care in the areas of responsibility.
• Develops or participates in the development of patient care policies and standards.
• Holds direct reports accountable for meeting standards of nursing practice.
• Participates in nursing policy formulation and decision making.
• Develops and revises plans for provision of care and services.
• Coordinates services with Kaweah Health plan for care and services.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of patient care and services.
• Manages staff resources and finances.
• Communicates with key constituencies and ensures integration of the Emergency Department.
