Job summary

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license or multi-state license via eNLC
• Bachelor’s in Nursing required
• MSN preferred for leadership
• CHE or national nursing certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs operational and administrative aspects of prehospital, trauma, and emergency services units.
• Lead strategic planning, goal setting, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote diversity and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Drive nurse satisfaction improvements and use data to guide actions.
• Ensure governance, safety, discharge planning, and budget stewardship.
