The role demands licensed PE status, 10+ years in commercial building systems, and strong leadership plus collaboration with executive teams to deliver innovative, code-compliant solutions and mentor the next generation of engineers.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in commercial building systems design.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams and complex projects.
• Strong communication and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Electrical Engineering department and oversee design of complex electrical building systems across markets.
• Establish engineering standards, QA procedures, and best practices.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff while fostering technical excellence.
• Collaborate with executives, operations, preconstruction, estimating, and field teams to support growth and project execution.
• Review calculations, specs, drawings, and design packages for code compliance and quality.
