• Shape and execute the division’s long-term strategic, marketing, and annual business plans.
• Drive financial success through project performance, workload planning, and client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including engineers, PMs, and technicians.
• Oversee technical delivery, QA/QC, staffing, and schedule/budget management.
• Act as a visible leader within the professional and civic community.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, pursue new opportunities, and negotiate project scopes and fees.
• Require 10+ years of MEP engineering experience, including people and project leadership.
• Possess strong business development skills and a reputation for delivering client value.
