The Pillars Christian Learning Centers in Texas seeks a Center Director to lead all center operations, including licensing compliance, staffing, family engagement, and financial performance. • Meets Texas licensing requirements for Center Director (Valid Director's Credentials)
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field
• Texas Rising Star knowledge to become a 4-star level
• 2+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to complete 30 hours of annual training
• Passion for faith-based education and building strong teams
