Job summary

Arrive Logistics seeks a seasoned Director of Learning & Development to own onboarding, classroom training, and floor coaching for early talent. You will shadow classrooms, align programs across content and performance data, and drive retention by coaching across teams including Customer Operations and Carrier Sales.

You will build a robust development pipeline, scale training architectures, and partner with senior leadership to keep talent engaged and progressing through a dynamic, high-volume

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning & development, sales enablement or sales leadership.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and scale classroom and on-the-job training.
• Experience modernizing learning content using LMS and digital tools (AI-enabled learning).

Responsibilities

• Shadow classrooms and floor training programs to assess onboarding effectiveness.
• Direct the Classroom Manager and trainers to build early talent development programs.
• Lead floor training to reinforce content and adapt to performance data.
• Drive retention through coaching across classroom and on-the-floor training.
• Analyze metrics to identify at-risk hires and adjust coaching strategies.
• Partner with Management Development to align training with leadership pipelines.
• Define impact metrics for ramp, retention, and program effectiveness.
