Director of E-commerce Strategy (Fashion)

Salary - $150,000 - $180,000 + Equity + 401K + PTO + Healthcare Insurance

Are you a Director of E-commerce with experience in site merchandising and customer success looking to join a high growth AI start-up at the forefront of the fashion and ecommerce industry?

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your technical leadership skills and take the lead in advising a portfolio of clients through tailored eCommerce, merchandising, and marketing strategies.

As the Director of E-commerce, you will act as the primary advisor to clients, ensuring their business goals are achieved. Your role will involve conducting detailed analyses of website performance, evaluating key metrics, and delivering tailored recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will offer technical expertise and guidance to facilitate smooth integration with platforms such as SFCC, Shopify, and Native, ensuring seamless data synchronization and the optimal functionality of AI-driven solutions.

The Person:

1. Proven experience in e-commerce operations, site merchandising, and customer success.
2. Strong analytical skills in evaluating revenue, conversion rates, channel performance, and marketing metrics.
3. Interest in fashion and ecommerce.
4. Experience building and maintaining strong relationships.

The Role:

1. Collaborate closely with a portfolio of clients to align with their business objectives.
2. Develop customized strategies for e-commerce, site merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
