Job summary

Revecore is hiring a Director, DRGV to lead development of our DRGV service, expanding Billing and Coding Optimization with scalable, technology-enabled workflows and staffing. You will define the operating model, governance, and performance goals while collaborating with Product, Data, AI, and Engineering teams.

You will apply deep DRGV and MS-DRG knowledge to shape pricing, go-to-market, and client discussions, driving outcomes across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Deep DRGV expertise with hands-on coding background.
• Expert MS-DRG classification and reimbursement knowledge.
• Strong revenue cycle and CDI understanding.
• Experience designing DRGV programs and operational workflows.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Define operating model, workflows, staffing, productivity metrics, and quality standards for DRGV service line.
• Provide SME across DRGV, MS-DRG, revenue integrity, and claims.
• Translate DRGV requirements into scalable processes and technology solutions with Product, Data, AI, and Engineering.
• Lead pricing, marketing strategy, positioning, and sales enablement for DRGV offering.
• Support client-facing discussions and collaboration with BCO team.
• Drive execution across a matrixed organization and build organizational knowledge.
