Job summary

Revecore is seeking a Director of Diagnosis-Related Group Validation (DRGV) to lead the development and launch of this service offering, expanding our Billing and Coding Optimization capabilities. The role blends DRGV expertise with service-line strategy, technology-enabled workflows, staffing models, pricing, and go-to-market support.

You will partner with Product, Data, AI, Development, and Operations teams to translate DRGV requirements into scalable processes and solutions, while driving

Qualifications

• Deep DRGV expertise grounded in hands-on coding experience.
• Strong MS-DRG classification and reimbursement knowledge.
• Understanding of revenue cycle, charge capture, and CDI.

Responsibilities

• Define operating model, workflows, staffing, and metrics to scale DRGV.
• Provide SME across DRGV, MS-DRG, revenue integrity, and claims.
• Translate requirements into scalable processes and tech solutions.
• Lead AI/automation opportunities to improve prioritization and throughput.
• Set performance expectations and monitor progress against goals.
• Advise on pricing, marketing, and sales enablement for DRGV.
