Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years in stewardship, development, or communications.
• Experience leading a team and working with donors, boards, and volunteers.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the solicitation cycle and donor recognition.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate the quality and impact of the donor relations/stewardship program including gifts, recognition, events, and privacy compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to set stewardship standards across campus.
• Identify top stewardship prospects with leadership annually.
• Design and execute annual and multi-year stewardship plans for donors and prospects.
• Work with Compliance to report restricted funds and annual gifts, etc.
• Develop processes to document and track stewardship actions with Advancement ops.
• Create donor communications via web and social media.
• Oversee donor communications strategy and review management tools.
