Job summary

Husson University in Bangor, ME, seeks a Director of Donor Stewardship to lead a comprehensive donor recognition program, ensuring timely, personalized acknowledgments that reflect the impact of philanthropy. You will design and oversee major gift recognition, endowed funds, scholarships, naming opportunities, and stewardship reporting, collaborating with Advancement, Marketing, Finance, Student Financial Services and academic partners, while maintaining Raiser's Edge records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master0 degree preferred.
• Experience managing complex relational databases.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for donor stewardship and recognition.
• Plan and oversee major gift recognition pieces and naming opportunities.
• Oversee endowed funds, scholarships, and donor communications.
• Develop stewardship standards, reports, and events.
• Maintain Raiser's Edge records and reporting accuracy.
