Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Boston seeks an Associate Director of Operations for New England to lead donor engagement, strategy, and growth. You will manage donor stewardship, coordinate events, and support fundraising goals across the region.

The role requires leveraging CRM tools, experience with fundraising software, and strong communication. Remote work is allowed with preference for Greater Boston area; occasional travel to New England.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in fundraising, stewardship and event planning/coordination
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Commitment to integrity, ethics, and discretion
• High-level proficiency with fundraising software, CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Raiser's Edge a plus
• Familiarity with the New England community preferred

Responsabilités

• Work closely with Executive Director on strategic plan implementation for achievement of chapter’s annual objectives and fundraising goals
• Oversee donor stewardship, including donor recognition and marketing/communications
• Coordinate and execute chapter events across New England including annual Soldier Tribute
• Manage team initiatives and assist with regional Board operations
• Occasional evening/weekend programming
