Formation Bio is seeking an experienced Director of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) to lead scientific and strategic efforts across our development portfolio. The role combines diligence for potential in-licensing and acquisitions with DMPK leadership for preclinical and clinical programs, integrating data to guide development decisions.

Qualifications

• Deep DMPK expertise and drug-development judgment.
• Experience evaluating nonclinical and clinical PK/PD data for diligence and licensing.
• Ability to integrate DMPK findings with pharmacology, toxicology, clinical, CMC, and regulatory information.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the DMPK expert for diligence of licensing, acquisition, and partnerships across therapeutic areas.
• Evaluate nonclinical and clinical PK/ADME/metabolism data to assess asset strength and risks.
• Assess data quality, identify gaps, and distinguish material risks from addressable issues.
• Develop fit-for-purpose DMPK strategies from late preclinical through IND/CTA and early clinical development.
• Lead cross-functional DMPK leadership on programs and decision-making.
