Eurest in Taylor, TX, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Dining Services to oversee daily foodservice operations on site and lead a team, while managing client relationships and profitability.

You will collaborate with chefs and management to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals for students and staff, implement culinary programs, and serve as the liaison among the company, client, and local community.

Formación

• BS Hospitality degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience required.
• Dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Summary

Working as the Director of Dining Servicesyou will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
