Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Director of Dining Services in Berkeley, MO to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations for corporate dining. You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and drive profitability of the account while delivering high-quality meals.

In this role you will collaborate with the chef and management team to design nutritious menus, implement new culinary programs, and ensure service excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• BS Hospitality degree preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
• Dining experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students

Job Summary

Working as the Director of Dining Servicesyou will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
