Job summary

Director of Dining Services for Eurest USA will oversee day-to-day operations for the dining account in Washington. You will lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure high-quality food offerings while maintaining financial performance.

You will partner with the Chef and management to craft menus, roll out culinary programs, and drive P&L accountability across the account, in a high-volume catering environment.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience required.
• Experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with Eurest

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments.

Job Summary

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Preferred Qualifications
