• Progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, ideally in a full-service Marriott hotel.
• Proven success in leading high-performing teams with improved guest satisfaction and financial results.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
