Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Director of Digital Transformation to lead a critical enterprise priority: leveraging digital credentials to reduce paper, mitigate risk, and advance Fidelity toward digital leadership. You will own end-to-end initiatives, driving strategy, design, execution, and organizational readiness with a customer-first focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of financial services experience in product / platform management, consulting, or project / program management preferred.
• Knowledge of the intermediary marketplace (e.g., clearing, custody & family office) a plus.
• Proven success applying a learning mindset to solve problems - an analytical thinker who asks questions and leverages data to frame opportunities.
• Established track record of leading complex initiatives across functional lines with measurable business outcomes.
• Proven organizational navigator and teammate who can gain alignment among senior management, business partners and peers.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Be curious about problems and complexity. Seek to identify and develop creative solutions to opportunities.
• Own the initiatives from start to finish - from ideation to implementation. Define the 'what', 'why' and 'how' for newly identified opportunities.
• Seek out the voice of the customer and anticipate client and stakeholder needs.
• Support your decisions and ideas with data-driven, client-informed business cases.
• Collaborate with internal business partners across technology, risk, compliance, legal, operations and service teams to drive pivotal initiatives.
• Proactively work with technology delivery teams and other center of excellence leaders to understand and influence prioritization and ensure alignment with established roadmaps.
• Measure performance & results through established metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
