Senior Creative + Marketing Recruiter at Creative Circle
Healthcare supply client is seeking a Director of Digital / eCommerce Marketing with B2B experience to join their team. This is a full-time direct hire, remote opportunity.
The ideal candidate has proven experience scaling marketing initiatives and demonstrating measurable success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth within the ecommerce and B2B technology spaces. You have expert level knowledge of paid media and marketing channels and are highly analytical with a focus on experimentation, efficiency and maximizing ROI. You are comfortable creating strategy but also being hands on in the execution.
Must Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Background in eCommerce and B2B
- Experience managing a high volume of product SKU's
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or demand generation
- 2+ years of experience at a Sr Manager or Director level
- Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot or Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker, Tableau, or equivalent platforms
- Strong leadership abilities and experience building, growing and managing a 2-3 person digital team
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on scalable customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Oversee and optimize performance marketing channels including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, SEO, and affiliate marketing
- Lead CRM and email marketing initiatives, including lifecycle campaigns and personalization strategies
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to develop cohesive, impactful go-to-market strategies
- Design, implement, and manage experimentation frameworks including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel enhancement.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to continuously track marketing performance, inform strategic decisions, and uncover new growth opportunities
- Manage relationships with external agency partners and strategically build an in-house marketing team as the business grows.
- Spearhead content creation and brand positioning strategies
