Job summary

EvolveMKD is seeking a Director/AVP to lead integrated influencer and social media strategies for top-tier clients in beauty and healthcare. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of digital experience, especially in managing influencer relationships and campaigns. This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence three days a week in Manhattan. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and agency experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of digital experience focused on influencer and social media.
• Agency experience with PR collaboration is required.
• Established relationships with influencers in beauty and/or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with content creators and talent agencies.
• Manage influencer campaigns and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with the Strategy & Insights team on KPIs.
