Job summary

UBS Business Solutions US LLC in Morrisville, NC seeks an Associate Director, Tech DevOps Engineer to lead CI/CD initiatives and Azure infrastructure delivery across development teams. The role focuses on automation, modern DevOps practices and rapid, reliable software delivery in a hybrid in-office/remote setup.

You will collaborate with developers, testers and product owners to improve deployment frequency, reduce lead times and ensure architecture standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Technology, or related field plus 8 years of experience.
• Proficiency with Python, Bash, PowerShell and containerization/orchestration tools.
• Strong Azure experience including AKS, App Services and Networking.
• Experience across monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus) and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, test engineers and product owner throughout SDLC, in release integration, deployment and beyond.
• Build and set up new CI/CD pipelines and deliver Azure infrastructure for development teams.
• Adhere to architecture standards, define platform requirements, sizing and controlling components.
• Troubleshoot environment and deployment related issues and roadblocks; support the current software delivery process.
• Improve quality of application services; optimize CI/CD processes and automation; deliver valuable software.
