VOA Eastern Washington is seeking a seasoned Director of Development & Philanthropy to advance major gifts and philanthropic partnerships across Eastern Washington. You will lead fundraising strategy, nurture donor relationships, and collaborate with the CEO to shape long-term giving programs.

You will engage foundations, corporations, and influential community leaders to secure investments that support programs for individuals, families, and communities in our region.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of progressive fundraising, philanthropy, advancement, or development experience.
• Demonstrated success securing major gifts and cultivating donor relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience engaging executive leaders, board members, and community stakeholders.
