Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in development/advancement.
• Experience cultivating and soliciting major gifts.
• Experience with boards, donors and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee major gifts, annual giving, campaigns, events and donor stewardship.
• Lead and develop the Burke Museum Development team, including budget and vendor relations.
• Collaborate with UW Advancement and museum leadership to align fundraising with priorities.
• Engage with board members and committees to drive fundraising strategy and outcomes.
• Promote the museum’s mission through public outreach and donor engagement initiatives.
