Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years fundraising or related experience.
• Demonstrated success in proposal writing and face-to-face solicitations of gifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate donor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct outreach to promote CESHS activities and research to cultivate donors.
• Support annual giving, major gift development, and planned gift identification/advancement.
• Travel extensively within Washington State and the Pacific Northwest as required.
