Job summary

Lee Health's Lee Memorial Foundation seeks a Director of Development to design and lead a strategic, metrics-driven fundraising program in Fort Myers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive fundraising experience, including major gift solicitation.
• CFRE accreditation preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Experience securing $25,000+ gifts; six- and seven-figure gifts preferred.
