Qualifications

• Proven track record of securing six- and seven-figure major gifts.
• Experience building and managing donor pipelines and portfolios.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with ULS priorities and institutional goals.
• Collaborate with ULS leadership, volunteers, and the Board of Visitors to advance development objectives.
• Prepare proposals, donor communications, and acknowledge gifts in a timely, compelling manner.
