Job summary

Family Promise Union County seeks a Director of Development to lead fundraising, grants, and community engagement. You will shape development strategy, manage a dedicated team, and build relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners.

The role partners with the Executive Director and Leadership Team to drive growth, increase awareness, and sustain program funding. Requires strong leadership and proven fundraising success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of development or fundraising experience.
• Experience coordinating organizational growth and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve on Leadership Team guiding strategy and growth.
• Lead and supervise Development Team with philanthropy focus.
• Develop and execute comprehensive fund development plan.
• Cultivate major gifts, foundations, corporations, and donors.
• Oversee grants strategy, reporting, and compliance.
• Lead marketing/communications to raise awareness and support.
