Peninsula School Of Art in Door County, Wisconsin, is seeking a Director of Development to lead fundraising, donor relations, and campaigns. The role drives institutional support, engagement, and analytics, and collaborates closely with the Executive Director.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in development with leadership experience, CRM expertise (Neon One preferred), and a track record of major gifts and grants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Arts Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in arts management preferred or similar.
• CFRE credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy, donor relations, campaigns, and institutional support.
• Engage donors, recognize contributions, and cultivate major gifts.
• Provide analytics and measurement reports to guide advancement efforts.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and internal teams across marketing and programs.
