Role Description
The Director of Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for leading and executing Allyfe Pregnancy Clinic's fundraising and development strategy. This role oversees donor cultivation and stewardship, including individual giving, planned and annual giving programs, and relationship-building with philanthropic partners. The Director of Development will design and implement fundraising campaigns, manage events, and collaborate with leadership to align development goals with the clinic’s mission and budget priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a development calendar, preparing reports and proposals, coordinating with marketing and program teams to communicate impact, and ensuring compliance with fundraising best practices. The role involves active engagement with the community, presenting Allyfe’s mission to diverse audiences, and maintaining a strong, values-driven presence that supports long-term organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising and philanthropy, including developing and managing donor relationships and campaigns.
- Proficiency in planned giving and annual giving strategies, with the ability to design and oversee comprehensive giving programs.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills related to development activities and revenue forecasting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage donors, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Prior leadership experience in development or advancement, preferably in a nonprofit or human services organization.
- Familiarity with donor management or CRM systems and data-informed decision-making for fundraising initiatives.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Las Vegas, NV, collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent
