Mercy Care is seeking an accomplished and mission-driven Director of Development to lead all fundraising and philanthropic engagement strategies in support of our $35 million operating budget. This executive leader will oversee comprehensive fundraising efforts, including major gifts, annual campaigns, grant development and reporting, corporate partnerships, planned giving, special events, donor stewardship, and volunteer engagement. Working collaboratively with executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and the Communications and Marketing team, the Director of Development will strengthen Mercy Care's presence throughout the Atlanta community while cultivating meaningful relationships that generate sustainable financial support for our mission.
