Position Purpose

Mercy Care is seeking a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst to drive impactful initiatives that support our mission of serving Atlanta’s most vulnerable populations. This role is pivotal in shaping strategic decisions and operational improvements across our organization.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct data‑driven analyses to evaluate strategic opportunities and develop performance metrics.
  • Support the creation of short‑ and long‑term strategic plans aligned with Mercy Care’s goals.
  • Prepare business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies for new programs and partnerships.
  • Translate complex data into clear presentations and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage strategic projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate across departments and with external partners to support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using electronic medical records to support data analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare strategy and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
