Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in user interviews, able to elicit pain points and requirements from users.
• 8+ years of experience in capturing and developing data around user behaviors.
• 5+ years of experience mentoring and coaching team members in user-centric designs.

• Plan and conduct user interviews, workshops, and usability tests.
