Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required with 9+ years of experience.
• GAPSC Support Personnel License must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Experience with E-SPLOST programming and K-12 capital planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs design, construction, commissioning, and closeout of district capital projects.
• Leads procurement and management of architects, engineers, contractors, and staff.
• Coordinates with administrators, parents, and community stakeholders for project development.
• Oversees project commissioning, warranty coordination, and turnover to operations.
• Reviews contracts and change orders for compliance with district requirements.
• Provides project updates and guidance to the Chief of Capital Improvements.
• Serves as emergency contact for the district on a 24/7 basis.
