Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform/modeling, planning and engineering studies for project analysis and design.
• Prepare reports detailing quantitative analyses and recommendations.
• Review engineering calculations submitted by consultants or staff.
• Develop preliminary/final plans and designs using CAD.
• Coordinate work of architects, engineers, and contractors; approve designs.
• Evaluate site development plans for compliance with laws and permit processes.
• Calculate cost estimates and identify resources for projects.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and manage bid-phase support.
