Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data management, governance, analytics, or related disciplines, with leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise analytics or BI capabilities with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building and leading an enterprise data governance program, including operating models and stewardship networks.

Responsibilities

• Define and own ISCO’s enterprise data strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Launch and mature an enterprise data governance program with policy, stewardship, and data quality foundations.
• Design and manage metadata frameworks, taxonomies, and business glossaries.
• Lead data stewardship activities across domains and build a scalable governance organization.
• Own analytics, BI, and AI capabilities including real-time reporting and AI governance.
• Lead vendor management for data governance, quality, and analytics tooling.
• Develop and manage budgets, hiring plans, and capability development for the Data & Analytics function.
