Job summary

Intrado Life & Safety, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data Management to lead data strategy, governance, analytics, and reporting.

You will oversee master data management, the enterprise data warehouse, and teams delivering trusted insights across Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, and Customer Experience. The role requires 12+ years in data management with a strong governance background, experience with ERP/CRM ecosystems, and a proven track record driving cross-functional data

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data management, analytics, business applications, or data engineering.
Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams that combine data engineering, analytics, and governance capabilities
Experience implementing and operationalizing data governance and master data management programs
Strong background working within integrated ERP, CRM, and enterprise application environments
Experience leading cloud-based data platforms, data warehouses, business intelligence solutions, and reporting programs
Ability to communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and technical teams
Proven track record driving organizational change across functions
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field; Master's preferred

Responsibilities

Establish and lead enterprise data governance programs, standards, and stewardship practices
Define systems of record and data ownership across enterprise applications
Partner with business leaders to improve data quality, consistency, and accountability across the organization
Develop governance processes, scorecards, and controls that ensure sustainable long-term data quality
Own the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting Ecosystem: define data sourcing, certification, and governance standards
Develop and maintain trusted enterprise metrics, reporting definitions, and BI frameworks
Implement controls to identify and resolve data discrepancies before they impact reporting
Streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability of analytics delivery
Build and develop a high-performing team: mentor, grow, and manage data engineers and analysts
Manage vendor relationships and data technology costs
Ensure compliance and data protection in partnership with Security and Legal
