You will guide a team, translate analytics into strategic opportunities, and partner with clients to elevate media program optimization and measurement roadmaps.

The role demands strong quantitative acumen, client-management experience, and the ability to drive innovative data solutions within a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Be the senior analytics and data leader for a portfolio of Retail brands with client management.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing and analytics.
• Develop Retail-focused measurement strategies and opportunities.
• Drive innovation to advance client-specific measurement programs.
• Translate analytics into clear insights for senior clients and guide the team.
• Guide Kip platform evolution with client feedback for the engineering roadmap.
• Mentor staff across disciplines and shape Kepler culture through leadership.
• Support new business growth in pitches and RFPs with data-driven insights.
